Property Location and Access

  • Location: 9 Silversides Trail, Bald Head Island, NC 28461
  • Bald Head Island is a private island accessible only by boat or ferry. This is a golf cart-only island. Motor vehicles are not permitted for guest use; golf carts are provided at the home.
  • 2 four-passenger golf carts are provided.
  • Ferry tickets and parking fees are not included and reservations are needed in advance. Please check BHI Ferry website for pricing and reservation information.

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Beds are made with clean linens upon arrival.

Occupancy and Sleeping Arrangements

  • Maximum occupancy: 8. Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and sleeping in a crib.
  • Bedroom arrangements:
    • Bedroom 1: King bed
    • Bedroom 2: Queen bed
    • Bedroom 3: King bed, Twin bed with trundle (2 twin beds total)
  • Bed configuration: King (2), Queen (1), Twin (2)
  • Minimum tenant age: 25 years. Tenant named in the Agreement/Booking must occupy the property during the entire tenancy.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed at this property.
  • No pets allowed at this property.
  • No events or parties allowed. If a party/event is determined to have occurred, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund. If a party took place on any reserved night, the reservation guest will be charged $500. No uninvited guests without permission.
  • Please be respectful of the house, contents, neighbors, and neighborhood.
  • Children allowed.
  • Please review the cancellation policy; insurance is recommended.
  • Manager and owner are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

Fees and Payments

  • Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee.
  • Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
  • Bald Head Island Club Lifestyle Memberships are available for purchase. Golf access is available for extra fees with the Membership. BHI Club Temporary Membership fees vary with season. Please check with the club directly for verification, as rates may change.
  • Temporary Membership to the Shoals Club is not included.
  • BHI Club may cap registration for guest memberships. Please visit the BHI Club website for current rules and fees.
